The average weather we would expect over a long period of time (seasons, years, decades). Climate varies from place-to-place across the Earth. Climate is determined by long-term (over at least 30 years) monitoring of weather variables (temperature, rainfall, wind speed, etc.). Note that Climate is different from weather, in that weather only describes the short-term conditions of these variables in a given region.
