Infrastructures

Altogether 39 research stations located in the Arctic and northern forest and alpine areas offer Transnational Access in INTERACT in three different modalities of access (physical Transnational Access, Remote Access and Virtual Access). You can find a listing of these stations and the modality of access they offer from the table below. You can utilize our Infrastructure Matrix and Access Modality Selection Tool in identifying the most suitable stations and form of access for your research.

Information about the availability of the stations during the winter and summer and other practical information can be found from the INTERACT Field Sites or by contacting the relevant station managers.
