As part of the eRImote project, INTERACT-INPA is leading the Expert Group I on Quality Assurance and User experience on Remote and Virtual Access. The Expert Group aims to seek successful solutions and discuss current challenges in the Quality Assurance of Remote and Virtual Access services, as experienced by both the access providers and the researchers using the services.
The outcomes of the discussion from the Expert Group meetings will be compiled in D3.3 Summary report on workshops and expert groups, made also available to all Expert Group members, which will further feed into the eRimote EU Green Paper to foster the transition to a digital/remote provision of research infrastructure services across all RI domains.
