The Association of Polar Early Career Scientists (APECS) in cooperation with the International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) is pleased to announce the availability of travel support for the Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) 2019 (22-30 May 2019, Arkhangelsk, Russia).
Travel support via this process is currently available for:
- Early career researchers up to 5 years past PhD with an ArcticDefinitions of the Arctic vary according to environmental, geographical, political, cultural and scientific perspectives. Some scientists define the Arctic as areas having a high latitude, long winters, short, cool summers,... More research focus (an allowance will be made for career breaks such as parental leave)
- ArcticDefinitions of the Arctic vary according to environmental, geographical, political, cultural and scientific perspectives. More researchers of all career stages focusing at Russian institutions and/or focusing on the Russian ArcticDefinitions of the Arctic vary according to environmental, geographical, political, cultural and scientific perspectives.
